How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Dungaress Garage Doors deserves a fair and honest experience. If yours fell short, please tell us. This page explains how to do that and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • How your call or message to Dungaress Garage Doors was handled
  • How your personal information was treated
  • Anything on the site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If a Provider Let You Down

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each sets its own quotes and prices, does its own work and handles its own customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, the usual first step is to contact the provider directly and keep written notes.

Please tell us too. Feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Dungaress Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@dungaress.property and include:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you reached us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you know it
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened, and the outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we look into it. That may involve contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any action we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

Reply and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state's consumer protection agency or attorney general, or the Better Business Bureau. If the provider is licensed, your state licensing board may also be able to help.
